How we build, verify, update, and disclose listings on Lebanon TN Dentists.
What this directory is — and isn't
Lebanon TN Dentists is an independently maintained local directory of dental practices serving Lebanon, Tennessee — zip codes 37087, 37088, and 37090. The directory is not affiliated with any city, county, state, or professional association. It is not a lead-generation marketplace; it does not sell patient information; and it does not charge dentists to be listed in the directory.
How we add listings
A dental practice is eligible for inclusion if it operates a physical location in Lebanon, Tennessee (37087, 37088, or 37090) and is licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Tennessee. Listings are added from a combination of:
- Public business listings (Google Business Profile, practice websites)
- Direct submissions from dentists or patients
- The Tennessee Board of Dentistry licensee lookup
Practices outside of Lebanon, TN — including those in Mt. Juliet, Watertown, and surrounding communities — are not currently listed.
How we verify information
For each listing we attempt to verify:
- Practice name, address, phone number (NAP)
- Website URL
- Listed dentists (cross-checked against state license lookup when possible)
- Specialty (using ADA-recognized specialty terminology where it applies)
- Hours of operation
- Independent vs. corporate / DSO ownership structure
- Google rating and review count (linked back to the source)
Information can change. We re-verify listings on a rolling basis. If you spot an error, please email us and we will correct it.
How we order listings
By default, listings are ordered as follows:
- Sponsored placements appear first and are always clearly marked with a "★ Sponsored" pill on the card.
- Featured placements appear next and are clearly marked with a "Featured" pill.
- All other listings appear in editorial order, which may reflect specialty relevance, address, and recency of verification. Users can filter and search to surface specific specialties.
Sponsorship and featured placement do not change the underlying factual information in a listing. They only affect placement order. Sponsored and featured slots are clearly disclosed on the card and in this policy.
Sponsored and featured placements
A practice can request a paid sponsored or featured placement by emailing tnoralsurgeon@gmail.com. Available formats:
- Sponsored: Top placement in the directory and any matching specialty category, marked with a "★ Sponsored" pill.
- Featured: Visual emphasis (border, "Featured" pill) without top placement.
Sponsored or featured status does not affect the accuracy of the listing, the reviews shown, or the disclosure of independent vs. corporate ownership.
About reviews
Ratings and review counts shown on this directory are sourced from publicly available Google business listings as of the listing's last verification date. Clicking the "Reviews" button on a card opens the practice's Google reviews page so you can read the source. This directory does not host its own reviews and does not edit, filter, or remove reviews from the source.
About the "Independent vs. Corporate / DSO" label
Ownership structure is provided for transparency. Independent practices are typically owned by the dentist or dentists who provide care there. Corporate / DSO (Dental Service Organization) practices receive administrative, marketing, staffing, or operational support from a larger organization. Both models can deliver excellent dental care. Patients have different preferences and the label is intended to inform, not to recommend.
Removals, corrections, and complaints
If you are a practice owner or representative and want to:
- Correct information in a listing (hours, phone, dentists, logo, address)
- Remove your listing entirely
- Report an inaccuracy or duplicate

Disclosure
Lebanon TN Dentists is operated by a Lebanon-area oral and maxillofacial surgery practice (Tennessee Implant & Oral Surgery). The directory is open to all licensed dental practices in Lebanon, TN, regardless of specialty or relationship to the operator. Listings are not edited to favor the operator's practice, and editorial ordering is applied uniformly. Sponsored and featured slots are available to any eligible practice on the same terms.
